An Interview with Wrestling Legend Jake The Snake Roberts About his NeoGraft® Hair Transplant

QUESTION:

Back in your World Wrestling heyday, who had the best hair between you, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, Ravishing Rick Rude, or Mr. Perfect?

ANSWER:

No doubt, I did.  I don't know how Shawn Michaels is an option, he competed in the DIVA division.

QUESTION:

You’ve beat so many things in your life. Rank these wins in the order of most exhilarating.

  1. Beating up the Macho Man Randy Savage.
  2. Beating hair loss.
  3. Beating cancer.
  4. Beating drug addiction.

ANSWER:

Beating drug addiction was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Then comes cancer, then whooping on Macho Man Randy Savage, then last but not least is getting a hair transplant.

QUESTION:

Last but not least?!?! That's totally fair.  So are you calling NeoGraft The Intercontinental Champions of your accomplishments?

Jake The Snake Roberts after a hair transplant

ANSWER:

In all seriousness, once my hair started growing again, I was amazed at how much confidence returned to me. After seeing all those hair loss ads, I understand the word confidence sounds cliché, but I didn’t even realize what I had lost until it started growing again. After my 12-month checkup, I saw my before and after, I got this rush of adrenaline. It felt like I was walking out to the ring again, and they were playing my music. So to bring it back your question, getting a hair transplant feels like walking out in front of 50,000 fans, my music is playing, and I’m about to go whoop some a$$.

- Surgery Performed by Dr. Jeffords from  Paramount Plastic Surgery in  Smyrna Georgia-

QUESTION:

What’s your favorite part about getting a hair transplant?

 ANSWER:

My favorite part of the whole thing, is that it didn’t hurt. I've had enough pain in my life. I'm not going out of my way to suffer any more. Plus there was no downtime. I didn’t miss a single speaking engagement. Wait… here’s the best part, when Doctor Jeffords was explaining that male pattern baldness is created by testosterone turning into an enzyme called dihydrotestosterone. Well I couldn’t pronounce that, so they told me it’s nickname was DHT. Well my finishing move in wrestling is the DDT. So let’s just say, I gave DHT the DDT.
